17 Oct Disruptive Innovation in Schools
Ok, I’ll admit it. I’m a bit of a Richard Branson fan. He was in Melbourne a few weeks ago so I went along to listen to him speak.
What struck me was his compassion and humility, and his passion to take action and make a positive difference. The qualities of many educators I know!
We all know that Richard Branson has disrupted several industries, been bold and brought about substantial positive changes. He once said, “One has to passionately believe it is possible to change the industry, to turn it on its head, to make sure that it will never be the same again.”
What are you doing to disrupt the status quo at your school?
Are you working alongside colleagues with a TITWWADI mindset? You know the type, “This Is The Way We’ve Always Done It.”
Is it time to initiate change and innovation at your school to meet the needs of 21st Century Learners?
Don’t know how!
