19 Feb 21st Century Leadership
Come on. Secretly you know you’ve got what it takes!
You’ve been teaching for 3 – 10 years and really loving it! You’ve begun to notice that you use ‘big picture’ thinking, you enjoy collaborating with other teachers to solve curriculum problems, manage student concerns and introduce innovations. You take a proactive rather than a reactive position and colleagues tell you that you are a natural leader.
Yes, you enjoy helping your colleagues to be better teachers but you’re not quite sure if you’re ready to take the next step.
How could you manage the demands of teaching and school leadership?
How could you ever find the time to do it all?
How could you manage difficult people?
How could you get the best out of yourself and others?
I’ve been a school leader for 20 years culminating in Principal and Head of School positions for 15 of those 20 years. I’ve also had a family, traveled widely and worked in Asia for nearly 10 years. It’s been fabulous!
If I can do it, so can you!
I’m offering 2-day workshops in Singapore and Melbourne for a small group of Principals and aspiring School Leaders so I can share the tools, strategies and habits I’ve learnt along the way to inspire a whole new generation of 21st Century School Leaders.
Our schools need people like you to inspire 21st Century Learners and become creative change agents.
Why not come along and fast track your leadership growth and development to be an awesome 21st Century School Leader?
Here’s a snippet of what you’ll see. You can register for the workshop at ‘Leadership for the 21st Century’ I’m very excited to welcome you to the group. See you soon 🙂
